Anthonys Mold and Asbestos in Ely, Nevada

Most people dont spend much time thinking about indoor air. Its simply part of the background. Step into your house, workplace, or managed building and its easy to believe all is well because there are no clear warning signs. In fact, numerous air quality and contamination problems develop quietly and can go unnoticed for a long time. This is something we encounter regularly. A persistent musty smell. An area that always seems damp, no matter the season. Allergies that seem worse indoors than outside. By the time were contacted, the situation has typically been developing far longer than anyone suspected. At Anthonys Mold and Asbestos in Ely, Nevada, our work focuses on finding what isnt visible and dealing with it properly. These materials dont move in tidy, visible paths. They can pass through hidden spaces, lodge in insulation, grip onto framing, and spread via ventilation systems. Covering them up or cleaning what you can see rarely solves the problem. When dealing with mold, its seldom restricted to just one location. It feeds on moisture, travels easily, and slowly breaks down the materials around it.

Commercial Mold Inspection and Removal Services

In commercial buildings, mold creates problems that go beyond maintenance. The effects can reach staff, occupants, clients, and overall operations at the same time. Many of the business owners we assist find mold after receiving complaints, facing inspections, or being forced to pause work without warning. We structure our commercial services around a key principle: resolving the problem without stopping operations entirely. At Anthonys Mold and Asbestos in Ely, Nevada, we inspect commercial properties, basing our inspections on both safety and practicality. Our process includes pinpointing affected zones, tracking moisture origins, and organizing remediation to reduce operational interruption whenever possible. We ensure to handle containment, filtration, and removal carefully so unaffected areas can continue operating. We work with offices, retail locations, restaurants, warehouses, and multi-unit properties. Each property presents unique conditions, and we adapt our methods to match. The priority is thorough remediation with as little downtime, exposure, and confusion as possible.

Residential Mold Restoration Services

When something is wrong inside a home, it feels personal. Mold extends beyond affecting walls or floors; it also impacts how comfortable people feel in their own space. We frequently hear from homeowners who sense something is wrong, even if they cant yet explain why. Most residential mold issues originate in damp areas like basements, bathrooms, crawl spaces, or behind completed surfaces. By the time you start seeing visible, the issue may already be more widespread than you expected. We approach residential work with patience and care. Our team conducts a full evaluation, walks you through what we find, and outlines realistic next steps. We use professional equipment and proven methods to address the problem correctly. Throughout the whole process, we treat homes with respect. We believe clean job sites, clear updates, and strong attention to detail are equally important as the technical solution.

Mold Stain Removal Services

Even after mold has been removed, staining can remain. Such marks often raise concern because they seem to signal an unfinished problem, despite proper remediation. We handle mold staining as an integral step in restoration, not something secondary. Using appropriate techniques for each surface, we work to remove discoloration from materials like drywall, wood, and concrete. Our focus at Anthonys Mold and Asbestos in Ely, Nevada is not on hiding damage, but on restoring surfaces properly. Once the job is done, the space should reflect the level of cleanliness achieved.

Odor Removal Services

Odors caused by moisture, mold, smoke, or contamination dont disappear on their own. They linger because theyve been absorbed into materials. At Anthonys Mold and Asbestos in Ely, Nevada, we use professional odor removal methods that target the source of the smell rather than masking it. We treat affected areas directly, and we help restore indoor spaces to a neutral, livable condition. Once the odor is removed, it reflects that the source of the problem has been properly addressed.

Air Sampling Services

Not every contamination issue is visible to the eye. If you suspect mold or another airborne issue but cant see it, air sampling provides answers. At Anthonys Mold and Asbestos in Ely, Nevada, we take multiple samples from different areas to understand patterns and pinpoint potential sources. The collected samples are sent to third-party laboratories, and findings are generally returned within several business days. These findings can reveal:

  • What types of contaminants are present
  • The levels at which they are present
  • Where they may be originating
  • What conditions allowed them to develop

We review everything with you so you know exactly what youre dealing with and what steps make sense moving forward.

Initial Contact and Assessment

Every project begins with listening. We take time to understand the propertys history and the concerns of those who occupy it. History of water issues, remodeling, ongoing smells, occupant health concerns, and environmental conditions guide how we proceed. The information gathered helps direct our inspection strategy. It allows us to focus attention where risks are highest and avoid unnecessary disruption elsewhere.

On-Site Inspection

Our inspections are thorough and deliberate. Hidden spaces receive as much attention as visible rooms. Crawl spaces, attics, wall cavities, ceilings, floors, and structural components are examined carefully. Moisture readings are taken. Air movement is examined. Factors in the environment that encourage mold development are documented. As we inspect, we explain our findings to help owners understand how their property functions.

Customized Remediation Plan

No property experiences the exact same conditions as another. We create remediation plans tailored to the specific findings of each inspection. The plan outlines affected areas, methods of containment, removal procedures, drying strategies, and preventative steps. Owners are guided through every detail of the plan. Clear communication and transparency help reduce stress and set expectations from the start.

Mold and Asbestos Removal

Materials that cannot be safely retained are removed following strict safety protocols. Recoverable surfaces are treated with certified cleaning products. Tasks are performed systematically, ensuring containment and cleanliness at all times. The purpose of the process is unchanged. Completely remove the problem and prevent future recurrence.
